W6 May 9-13

This week I would like each student to explore anther  product that Google has in the Application Square on your Google Drive, that of Google Draw. So far as a class we have used Blogger, GMail, Google Chrome, Youtube and Google Earth in other projects.

1. Take a photo of yourself using Photobooth. Save the photo to your desktop.

Let's start Google Draw.

1.  From your Google Drive select the 'New' icon button and click on MORE and then select Google Draw. A blank Google Drawing page will open.

2. Drag the photo of yourself and place it on your Google Draw page.

3. With the photo of yourself highlighted. Click on IMAGE OTIONS and drag the TRANSPARENCY toggle to  50% or less - you can change the transparency at any time while working.

4. Next Select the  INSERT pull down - then click on LINE - and select SCRIBBLE (While in this mode you can draw over your photo.) See the samples below.

5. When complete paste the drawing to your blogger!

FIRST PROJECT is to draw yourself
SECOND PROJECT is to draw an object like the car example.
